How to use

Use the two treatments one after the other; do not mix them. Shampoo and rinse. Pour the Swimmers Wellness® Remedy crystals into a wet palm, add approximately 30 ml of water and dissolve. Apply throughout the hair, leave for 2–5 minutes, then rinse. Shampoo again and rinse thoroughly. Apply Miracle Repair Hair Reconstructor, leave for 3–5 minutes, then rinse.
