How to use

Use Swimmers Wellness® Shampoo and Conditioner after swimming, daily or as often as desired. Once a week, or more often when swimming frequently, use Swimmers Wellness® Remedy after shampooing: dissolve the crystals with approximately 30 ml of water in your palm, apply throughout the hair, leave for 2–5 minutes, then rinse. Follow with Swimmers Wellness® Shampoo and Conditioner. The remedy is not recommended for white or non-pigmented hair.
